Ages are as of October 31, 2019. All classes are by placement only. Final placement is at the sole discretion of faculty.

To be considered as a potential Royal Academy of Dance ballet exam candidate, dancers must take a minimum of two ballet classes per week. Students at this level who only want to take one ballet class per week, transfer to our teen ballet class.
Pointe classes are open only to senior level ballet students who are registered for a minimum of 2 ballet classes per week, who have been approved by the ballet faculty.
To be considered as a potential Canadian Dance Teachers Association jazz or tap exam candidate, dancers must also be registered in a minimum of 1 ballet class per week.
To be eligible to register in our jazz & lyrical class, students must also be registered in a minimum of 1 ballet class per week.
To be eligible to register in our acro program, students must also be registered in 1 of the following classes at NLDC: jazz, ballet, or contemporary.
Students new to acro may register for Acro B. Students who wish to have a skills assessment for Acro C eligibility, please arrange by emailing the studio.notice
