Level 6 – 10 – 10-18 Years Old – Full Year Program – 45 Minute Class
Looking to get a leg up in your dance classes? If so, our Fitness & Flexibility classes might just be the answer. Focusing on overall body conditioning, muscle stabilization and targeted exercises to improve flexibility, these classes help dancers understand how to safely and efficiently work with their bodies to increase strength and mobility. Tailored to meet the needs of the participants, students are encouraged to set individual goals and work with their instructor to achieve results.
Class enrollment for this class is limited to a maximum of 12 dancers to ensure adequate individual attention is provided to each dancer.
Adult Level – Ages 16-106 – 8 Week or Full Year Program – 45 Minute Class
Pilates is a low impact mat fitness class which focuses on improving body alignment, strength, and flexibility allowing clients to achieve a more toned and balanced body. Emphasis is placed on increasing abdominal strength and fluidity in the spine often resulting in improvements to back pain. Classes are for all levels of fitness as exercises are modified to address each person’s needs and abilities.
